  • Tender preferences: Filters, keywords, countries or industries of interest
  • AI usage data: Prompts, queries and interactions with AI tools
  • Behavioral data: Search history, filter usage, documents downloaded, features used, session duration, page views, response to notifications
  • Analytics and log data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, timestamps
  • Communication data: Email correspondence, chat logs, support inquiries, newsletter activity

2. Purpose of Processing

We use your data to:

4. AI & Third-Party Processors

Your prompts and content may be transmitted to third-party AI processors (such as OpenAI) to enable AI-powered functionality. In the future, we may deploy our own AI models, in which case your data may be processed internally using our infrastructure under the same safeguards, purposes, and legal bases described in this Policy.

We also connect to external APIs (e.g., TED) for public tender search.

We may offer to connect you with third-party legal service providers. In such cases, your data will only be shared after you have actively consented to the transfer. No data will be shared without your explicit permission. You will enter into a separate agreement directly with the provider.

Third-party services may include analytics, hosting providers, and cookie managers. International data transfers will be safeguarded via Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal protections.

We retain your account data, uploaded content, AI usage history, and activity records for the duration of your use of the Platform and for up to 12 months thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion. You may delete uploaded files or deactivate your account at any time.
