Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
"Services" – tender search, AI chat, legal navigation, document checklist, contract review, statistics dashboard, and referral tools.
3. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the legal entity you represent.
4. Description of Services
- Tender Search API – the Platform collects public-procurement listings via integrated government sources
- AI Guidance Chat – interactive assistant offering informational guidance on procurement law, requirements and strategy. This is not legal advice
- Preparation Checklist – dynamic document tracker with status and upload verification
- Contract Review – AI tool that highlights possible weak clauses or compliance gaps. Output must be independently verified
- Recommendation Engine – analyses your behavior to propose relevant tenders, categories or markets
- Statistics Dashboard – allows you to track your participation history, win-rate, and document submission progress
- Referral to Third-Party Legal Providers – upon user request, we may offer to share limited contact details and inquiry context with a legal partner. This is done only with your express consent. Tenderium is not a party to that relationship
5. No Legal Advice & No Attorney–Client Relationship
Tenderium is not a law firm. The Services, including AI tools and documentation support, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Use of the Platform does not create any legal or attorney–client relationship. All final decisions remain your responsibility.
6. Permitted Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell Platform components
- Upload data that violates third-party rights
- Solely rely on AI output for legal or business-critical actions
7. User Content Licence
You grant Tenderium a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and analyze your uploaded materials strictly for the purpose of providing services.
8. Payment & Subscriptions (Future)
Payments may be introduced via Stripe or other relevant services. A separate Subscription Policy will govern pricing and billing terms. Until launch, the Platform is free and modules may be marked BETA.
9. Availability & Support
We aim to maintain uptime of 99%. Planned outages will be announced. Technical support is available via [email protected].
10. Intellectual Property
Tenderium retains all rights in its codebase, designs, trademarks and proprietary logic.
11. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted access. Results and recommendations may vary.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to USD 100 or the amount paid in the last 12 months (if applicable). We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Tenderium against third-party claims arising from your content or misuse of the Platform.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in London.
15. Amendments
Terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of material changes at least 15 days in advance.
AI & Legal Disclaimer
Tenderium is an AI-supported service that provides tender-related data, guidance, and document preparation tools. It does not offer legal advice. All outputs are informational and must be reviewed by the user. Use of the Platform does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
If you request a legal consultation, your contact details will only be shared with a third-party legal provider after your clear consent. Any services rendered will be subject to a separate agreement between you and the provider. Tenderium bears no responsibility for services provided by third parties.
